ABOUT ANDY
Starting out, Andy taught Hearing Impaired children across Birmingham during the day and delivered what was then known as Basic Skills to adults during the evening, clocking up tens of thousands of hours teaching and training experience in the process.
Those experiences helped Andy create and refine a style of delivery that is incredibly engaging, highly energetic, lots of fun but above all else, massively impactful. Using a mixture of Total Communication, Accelerated Learning techniques, a little bit of standup comedy and a lot of passion and creativity, Andy has a style all of his own.
Moving to PPDG gave Andy the opportunity to create a staff training department that became the envy of Welfare to Work, Andy designed a coaching strategy and program that helped the company achieve its best ever results and secure massive national contracts such as New Deal, FND and Work Programme. Andy also created the template from which all of PPDG’s trainers delivered from. Just some of their achievements include 2nd place in The Times 100 best Companies 2012, ISO 9001, Investors in people and an Ofsted Grade 2 in 2014.
Andy’s strengths lie in his ability to help individuals develop the necessary skills to become engaged and highly productive leaders and managers in an ever-changing business environment.

I COULDN'T RECOMMEND ANDY ENOUGH, HE'S ONE OF A KIND!
As a project manager on the Birmingham and Solihull Y.P. P. programme one of the best decisions I made was to commission O.D.D. to deliver employability training to the wider team. The feedback from everyone who attended was that "that was the best training I have ever had!" In over fifteen years of commissioning staff training this was a first! Later, I would come to understand why. Andy has such an engaging style and he doesn't half know his onions!
